Pennystone Court care home in Blackpool, operated by MHA, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Days) for a fixed-term maternity cover. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care while promoting dignity and independence for residents.

You will work closely with the Home Manager, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to a warm, inclusive home environment. DBS checks are provided where required.
