Locum Employment Solicitor
Location: Lancashire / Hybrid working availableDuration: Locum whilst recruiting permanentlyStart: ASAP
We are working with a well established law firm seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to provide locum cover whilst they recruit for a permanent appointment.
The successful candidate will support the team with a varied caseload of employment law matters, covering both advisory work and litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on employment law matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy and TUPE.
- Managing employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal and discrimination.
- Handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Drafting employment documentation and providing practical advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Strong employment law advisory and litigation experience.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and hit the ground running.
- Available to start at short notice.
