Senior Cloud Security Trust Analyst

Overview

As a Senior Cloud Security Trust Analyst, you help clients understand and improve the security of their cloud environments within a global AI technology context. You’ll lead security discussions with a portfolio of regulated customers, translating technical risk into actionable guidance. You work cross-functionally with security, engineering and architecture teams to address vulnerabilities and controls, shaping how security information is communicated at scale. This role blends technical cloud security with strategic customer engagement to protect critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular customer security reviews covering vulnerabilities and remediation progress
• Explain cloud security controls and respond to security questionnaires and assurance requests
• Coordinate evidence, audit findings and security documentation with internal teams
• Track actions through to resolution and maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Translate technical discussions into clear customer advice and practical actions
• Shape how security information is communicated to customers across complex cloud environments

Key requirements

• Experience in customer-facing security consulting or technical security assurance
• Strong understanding of AWS environments
• Knowledge of network security, access controls, vulnerability management, containers
• Familiarity with security tools within wider architecture
• Ability to discuss frameworks and audit evidence (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
• Credible conversations with security engineers/architects and translating them for customers
• UK citizenship and eligibility for SC clearance (required)
