Remote TUPE HR Specialist — UK & Ireland

G-P is a remote-first, global employment platform enabling teams to expand quickly into over 180 countries. We seek a TUPE HR Specialist to advise clients on complex HR matters across UK/Ireland, owning the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliant, efficient transfers.

You will lead end-to-end TUPE, manage consultations, align benefits, and drive HR process automation while collaborating with payroll, legal, and operations teams across the EMEA region.
