Room Manager – Early Years Leadership (Flexible 4-Day Week)

Little Pioneers is seeking a Room Manager to lead a team, ensure compliance and drive outstanding care and early education for children. You will partner with the Nursery Manager to guide your team and deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a full and relevant early years qualification, an Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us) and a compassionate, inspiring approach to working with children.
