Fire Safety & Evacuation Trainer — Flexible Part-Time

HCRG Care Group seeks an experienced Mandatory Trainer to deliver Fire Safety, Warden and Evacuation training across our Community Adult and Children’s Services. The role involves travel to Essex, Kent and Prison hubs (Chelmsford & Norwich) and supports broader Quality & Safety training such as BLS and Conflict resolution.
