Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager for Boots Norwich Chapelfield. 30 hours over 5 days to lead Brow and Beauty Experts, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage stock, plan monthly rotas, coordinate events, and maintain counter presentation while upholding hygiene standards. Prior retail customer service and at least 6 months’ management experience are required, with a passion for makeup and brand storytelling.
