Operations & OE Lead — 4-on/4-off Shift

Müller is seeking a site operations lead responsible for managing incoming raw milk and cream fractions and ensuring supply to customers. The role requires strong technical compliance and stakeholder engagement across internal and external audits.

You’ll oversee a 4 on 4 off shift (2 days, 2 nights), drive OE initiatives, coach a frontline team, and deliver improvements aligned to OGSM while ensuring bottom-line impact.
