Speech & Language Therapist — Schoolwide Communication Coach

Compass Community Schools is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to shape and develop therapy provision across our schools in Liverpool and surrounding areas.

You will work with SENDCos, school leaders, therapists and families to ensure communication needs are understood and supported, delivering training, observation and coaching to staff while promoting inclusive, participation-focused learning environments.
