Job Description:
Harnham is seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to join a growing care provider in Windsor. You will work with complex datasets, cleanse and model data, and build analytical solutions that inform operational decisions.
The role offers a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office) and exposure to Snowflake, Power BI and predictive analytics as the data platform evolves. You’ll collaborate with a small analytics team, take ownership of projects, and contribute to forecasting occupancy and resource planning
