Manager, Recruiting

As a Recruiting Manager you will cultivate, lead, mentor, grow, and hire a team of recruiting professionals supporting multiple business functions across Sales in EMEA. You will work from conception to fruition on staffing strategies to support these organizations and partner with our hiring leaders to execute top of class recruiting practices. Figma’s continued future success relies heavily on the ability to scale and the talent acquisition team is at the helm of the ship.,

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand business needs and align recruiting resources accordingly in order to achieve goals
• Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a talent brand strategy that continues to bring in exceptional talent to Figma and showcases the incredible culture
• Create and implement a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale
• Champion, partner, and execute on various initiatives relating to inclusion and diversity
• Build and improve upon recruiting best practices across all orgs, Holding interviews in an accessible location
• Enabling closed captioning on video conferencing
• Ensuring all written communication be compatible with screen readers
• Changing the mode or format of interviews
• To ensure the integrity of our hiring process and facilitate a more personal connection, we require all candidates keep their cameras on during video interviews. Additionally, if hired you will be required to attend in person onboarding.
• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment, including 2+ years of people management experience and demonstrated expertise in SaaS sales recruiting
• Proven experience partnering with stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives to develop and drive effective recruiting strategies and initiatives
• Strong ability to leverage data to measure team performance, identify opportunities for greater efficiency, and tell compelling stories that inform decision-making
• Experience building and scaling recruiting functions, processes, and programs to support sustained organizational growth, Experience with diversity and inclusion as it relates to recruiting strategy and activity
• Ability to take a blank canvas in an ambiguous environment and create something incredible
• Fluency in either German or French (or both!)
