London 24/7 Security Operations Leader

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead security operations across two central London locations in a 24/7 environment. You will act as the key site contact for security incidents, manage control rooms, and ensure compliant staffing and risk controls while coordinating with external agencies.

Reporting to the Senior Security Manager, you will oversee a team of Supervisors, Officers and Front of House staff, ensuring training, licenses and competencies remain current.
