Lead Children’s Residential Support Worker

Cambian Group is seeking a thoughtful and energetic Senior Support Worker to join our children’s residential care team in the South West. You will lead shifts, support staff development, and help implement care plans for young people aged 8–18 with behavioural and emotional needs.
