Residential New Build Site Supervisor (Assistant)

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Residential New Build Assistant Site Manager for a 1-month freelance assignment in Fleetwood, Lancashire. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and programme compliance from groundworks to handover.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in traditional build developments, excellent site leadership, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative project team.
