Incentives Associate / Senior AssociateLocation: Bristol
Chadwick Nott are instructed on a new vacancy with a Top 50 law firm for either an Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing Incentives team, based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, specialist team that advises high-profile UK and global clients ranging from fast-growth startups to listed companies on the full range of employee incentives.
The Role
You’ll advise on the design, implementation, and governance of employee and executive incentive plans, including:
- HMRC-approved and unapproved share plans
- Employee benefit trusts
- Cross-border incentive structures
- Equity incentives on transactions, IPOs, M&A, and restructures
- Employee ownership trusts
- Executive tax planning and compliance
The work on offer includes both standalone advisory projects and support on major transactions on a diverse client base including listed businesses and fast-growth, investor-backed companies.
Ideal Candidate
This position is open to candidates at either the Associate or Senior Associate level, depending on experience with the below requirements:
- Experience in incentives, tax, corporate, or employment law
- Familiarity with HMRC-approved and growth share schemes
- Strong team player with a proactive mindset
- Background in a law or accountancy firm
