In this role you lead multiple AI-native engineering pods while remaining hands-on, coding and reviewing with peers. You’ll manage stakeholders across product, commercial, risk, and leadership, translating customer needs into measurable products. You own delivery and drive business impact through resilient, scalable, event-driven systems. You’ll shape platform-wide architecture and mentor engineers, leveraging GenAI to accelerate progress and guide adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple AI-native pods and contribute hands-on coding and pairing
• Manage stakeholders across product, commercial, risk, and leadership to set expectations and negotiate trade-offs
• Translate customer and business needs into landed products from idea to launch
• Own technical delivery and measure success by business impact
• Design and operate simple, resilient, scalable event-driven systems
• Break complex problems into incremental, shippable steps with clear domain boundaries
• Shape platform-wide architecture with broader business impact
• Coach and mentor engineers by example
• Embed GenAI to accelerate decision-making and set organizational direction
