The Pig and Butcher Islington is seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry section in our acclaimed pub and restaurant, delivering rustic, seasonal desserts to a high standard. You’ll take ownership of your pastry menu, develop new recipes, and pitch dishes to be added to the menu, while upholding health and safety and working closely with the Head Chef.
