Hybrid Finance Partner for Retail Store Performance

Vision Express is seeking a Finance Business Partner for our Operated Stores network in the UK. The role partners with Regional Directors, Area Managers and Store Leaders to translate financial insight into practical actions that lift performance and profitability across numerous stores.

You’ll analyse performance across sales, margin, labour and productivity, create business cases, run scenario planning and support strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
