Site Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead a refurbishment/fit-out project for a well-established main contractor, driving delivery from inception to completion. You will manage site teams, ensure safety compliance, and oversee method statements to meet client standards. The position offers high-profile CAT B office fit-out experience and a strong track record of supporting long-term client relationships. You will work within a skilled team to deliver quality outcomes on a 3m CAT B office fit out.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site staff and subcontractors
• Ensure health and safety standards meet client requirements
• Take responsibility for the entire site
• Verify accuracy of method statements
• Lead site management from start to finish

Key requirements

• 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Degree qualification or similar construction management qualification
• Main contracting experience
• Proven track record as a Site Manager
• Refurbishment or fit-out experience
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS certificate
• First Aid Certificate
