Location: x3 days pw in Central/East London
We’ve partnered with an AI-native consumer law firm, starting with property conveyancing, with a mission to make legal advice accessible to everyone. Very well funded, strong ARR within six months, the company is scaling fast and looking for exceptional engineers who love building. Opportunity to join a tiny, high-performing team, work directly on AI systems that do real legal work, and have outsized impact on both product and company trajectory.
Ideal profile:
- Strong autonomous problem solver
- Truly Full Stack – they use Typescript, flexible if you’ve worked with other languages.
- 0-1 builder who loves creating from scratch
- High agency – can spot problems and ship solutions without hand-holding
- Product-minded engineer, still hands-on technically; not someone who has drifted into pure management or architecture
- Thrives in a very fast, early-stage environment
