About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, SEO to help shape and grow OpenTable’s organic search presence across 10+ international domains. If you enjoy identifying opportunities, developing strategies and turning insights into measurable impact, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own our organic growth strategy. Develop and deliver scalable SEO initiatives across our global domains, driving visibility, traffic and revenue growth.
- Turn data into action. Analyse performance, monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve rankings, engagement and conversion through continuous testing and optimisation.
- Make every page count. Optimise website content, landing page templates, internal linking and link‑building strategies to strengthen our organic presence across international markets.
- Collaborate to make things happen. Partner with Product, Engineering, Content and local Market teams to resolve technical SEO challenges and deliver impactful projects.
- Measure what matters. Own project planning, tracking and reporting, using insights to demonstrate results, refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong SEO experience. Proven experience in marketing, with hands‑on SEO expertise within consumer technology, ideally in an in‑house environment, and a proven track record of delivering measurable growth.
- Technical SEO knowledge. A solid understanding of on‑page and off‑page SEO, link‑building, HTML, CSS and search engine algorithms, including experience working across international websites.
- An analytical mindset. Confident working with data, using tools like Google Sheets to identify opportunities, measure performance and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- A proactive, independent approach. Comfortable owning projects from strategy through to delivery, managing competing priorities and adapting in a fast‑paced environment.
- Great communication and collaboration skills. Able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders and communicate clearly in English. A degree in Marketing, Analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
- Fluency in another European language, particularly German.
- Experience beyond SEO in areas such as product management, digital marketing, data analytics or software engineering.
- Experience with landing page prototyping tools.
- A background in building or rebuilding SEO systems from the ground up.
- A genuine interest in how search behaviour, technology and online booking experiences are evolving.

Work Environment & Flexibility
At OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment. As a team member with us, you will benefit from a schedule tailored to accommodate a global workforce operating across multiple time zones. While the majority of your responsibilities may align with conventional business hours, there will be instances where you are expected to manage communications – via calls, Slack messages, or emails – outside of regular working hours to effectively collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and/or address urgent matters. OpenTable will always abide by and consider local laws and regulations.
Inclusion
We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive. We know the best ideas come when we bring different voices to the table, so we’re building a team as dynamic as the diners and restaurants we serve—and fostering a culture where everyone feels welcome to be themselves.
If you need any reasonable adjustments during the application/interview process, or on the job, we’re here to support you. Please reach out to your recruiter to request any accommodations.
