Field Service Engineer – Electronics Systems

Location: Enfield, North London

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week + International Travel

We are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join an established engineering business specialising in advanced electronic systems.

This is a hands-on role involving the installation, commissioning, servicing and fault-finding of electronic equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and servicing of electronic systems.
• Fault-finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• System testing and technical support.
• Reading technical manuals and completing service reports.
• UK and international travel, typically up to two weeks per trip.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in field service, electronics or a similar technical role.
• Strong electronic fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software and basic networking.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Full driving licence and valid passport.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work at heights.
