Housing Support Advocate: Pathways to Stable Homes

Belmont Recruitment are seeking an experienced Housing Support Worker to join Calderdale Council on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This full-time role works 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in Halifax.

You will support individuals and families moving from temporary accommodation into suitable long-term housing, assist access to supported housing, social housing and private rented properties, assess support needs and arrange ongoing support, and work with vulnerable people
