Commissions Governance Lead for Global Events

Hyve Group is seeking an experienced Commissions Governance Manager to own end-to-end governance of the commissions process for Hyve events. The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, Event Leadership and Analytics to clarify ownership, inputs and communications during a transition.

The role does not calculate commissions; during transition Analytics runs calculations while this role shifts the function to a dedicated commissions team. Hyve offers a hybrid working model.
