Housing Review Officer – Hybrid, Statutory Decisions

Ealing Council in London is seeking four Service Improvement and Review Officers to join the Housing Demand Service. You will independently investigate and determine statutory reviews of housing decisions, ensuring fairness and lawful outcomes, while handling complex cases within statutory timescales.

The role requires strong knowledge of the Housing Act 1996 (Parts VI and VII), excellent communication, and the ability to work with vulnerable customers. Hybrid working arrangements are offered.
