Warehouse Manager – Lead 30+ Team, OTIF Excellence

DarcyBrook in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a 30–35 person team, mentor staff, and drive high performance and accountability on the warehouse floor.

You will oversee goods-in, storage, picking and dispatch, manage shifts and equipment, reduce waste, improve pick accuracy, and optimise space while ensuring OTIF KPIs are met. A valid IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certificate and a UK driving licence are required.
