Personal Care & Community Support Assistant (Driver)

UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a Personal Care Assistant in Yarm to support a young man with 34 hours per week at £13.50 per hour.

The role includes helping him access community activities, travel to day services, assist with meals, personal care and outings, and provide 2:1 support for a nonverbal wheelchair user living at home. Essential requirements include prior care experience, a full UK driving license with access to an adapted vehicle, and an Enhanced DBS (employer cost).
