Community Adult Social Worker — Complex Care Specialist

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an Adult’s Social Worker to join the Complex Care Team in Greater Manchester. The role offers £32.00 per hour umbrella (PAYE options available).

You will have a Social Work qualification with at least two years post-qualification experience, with strong community/neighbourhood experience, safeguarding and MCA duties, and you will develop care plans and support independence for vulnerable adults in the community.
