Country Finance Director – The Role:
Reporting directly to the Global HQ, the Country Finance Director will provide strategic and operational financial leadership across a large and dynamic business. This is a highly visible executive role with responsibility for supporting commercial performance, ensuring strong financial governance, and providing insight that helps drive sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior leadership team.
Country Finance Director – Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the senior leadership team to drive business performance and strategic growth
- Lead all aspects of finance, governance, compliance, risk management and financial control
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across the business
Country Finance Director – You:
- An experienced finance leader with a proven track record in senior financial management roles
- Commercially astute with the ability to influence decision-making and provide strategic financial insight
- Capable of leading teams and operating effectively within a large, complex and internationally focused organisation
- Fully qualified accountant
