IT Support Technician – Training & Customer-Focused Support

National Fostering Group is seeking an IT Support Technician to manage and resolve service desk incidents, problems and requests across the business. Initial focus on telephone-based support with remote tools, followed by broader responsibilities as skills develop.

Full on-the-job training is provided; prior experience is desirable but not essential, with opportunities to grow technical knowledge in Active Directory, MDM, printers and telephony systems.
