Job Description:
BCT Resourcing is seeking a Senior Lettings Consultant to join an established estate agency in the Essex area. You will generate new instructions, develop landlord relationships and manage viewings, delivering outstanding lettings service.
The role requires at least 3 years in residential lettings, a full UK driving licence, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work to targets. A basic salary of £18,000–£20,000 with an OTE up to £30,000 plus benefits is offered.
