Compassionate Support Worker – Flexible Shifts with Training

Staffordshire County Council’s Provider Services team is seeking dedicated Support Facilitators to deliver person-centred reablement care in the community. The role requires flexible shifts, travel within the North/East Staffordshire, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

You will work across 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including weekends, with paid training and block pay. DBS check and pre-employment health assessment are required.
