Delivery Lead – Data & AI Projects (Hybrid Manchester)

PeopleGenius in Manchester City Centre is seeking a delivery-focused Project/Programme Manager to join the CDAO’s operations. You will own delivery across Data Engineering, AI/ML, BI, and Investment Pricing teams, turning strategic aims into concrete plans.

This role is hands-on and accountability-driven, not just coordination. You will challenge timelines, surface blockers early, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders and external vendors.
