Job Description:
Sword Group is seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days/week), primarily remote with occasional travel to London or Aberdeen. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to cleanse, map, validate, and migrate data, delivering quality assurance and actionable insights.
Responsibilities include running mock migrations, creating data quality reports, dashboards, and migration metrics, and supporting UAT and production deployment.
