Delivery Lead, Cross-Product Initiatives

IG Group in London is seeking a Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of major initiatives spanning multiple squads and product domains within a product-led organisation.

You will coordinate Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and other stakeholders, manage risks, dependencies and trade-offs, and translate complex initiative detail into clear, decision-ready updates for senior leadership. The role is hybrid with three days in the office.
