I’m partnering with a rapidly growing asset manager on a brand-new, greenfield initiative and looking for a top-tier Java engineer to help build it from the ground up.

You’ll shape the architecture, build ultra-low-latency systems, and solve complex engineering challenges in a high-performance trading environment.

The essentials:

• 7+ years Java, with 5+ in trading or high-performance systems




• Strong distributed systems and streaming expertise (Aeron, Kafka, etc.)




• Passion for latency optimisation, performance tuning, and scalable architecture
