Senior ML Engineer – Conversational AI (Hybrid, London)

Deliveroo in London is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to shape decision systems that impact customer experience, trust and fairness. The role is based in our London office with a hybrid setup, typically 3 days in the office.

You’ll own the full ML lifecycle for models used in customer support and high-stakes decisions, build robust monitoring, and work with data scientists and engineers to deploy scalable solutions.
