Chief Officer, Offshore Leadership & Safety

Serco Limited is seeking a Chief Officer to join an offshore operations team onboard. You will report to the Master, lead the Deck Department, and ensure safe, compliant vessel operations, maintenance and readiness in line with maritime regulations and company procedures.

You will oversee cargo, stability, ballast, navigation and safety management, mentoring junior officers and coordinating with engineering for emergency response and periodic duties.
