BT Group is seeking a Change & Adoption Manager to lead the Change, Adoption and Communications team within Technology & Portfolio Delivery. You will align strategy, delivery and engagement to ensure adoption and measurable value from FT&PD transformation programmes.
You will lead a 4–6 person team, partner with Tribe Leads and senior stakeholders to build readiness, track adoption outcomes, and drive a high-performing digital culture across Bristol, Birmingham and London.
