OIC Portal Legal Advisor – Personal Injury Claims

Minster Law is seeking a Legal Advisor to support customers through the OIC Portal, progressing claims from inception to settlement. You will manage a high volume of cases, communicate clearly with clients, and work toward team targets in a fast-paced environment.

This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, reviewing liability and medical evidence, and ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
