Alongside managing reception and appointments, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless client experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who:
- Have previous Reception, Front of House or Client-facing experience
- Are confident, professional and naturally engaging
- Enjoy building rapport and creating a positive client experience
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Can manage multiple priorities with ease
- Bring a proactive, positive and service-driven approach
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Delivering a warm, professional and welcoming front-of-house experience.
- Managing appointments, bookings and diary schedules.
- Handling telephone, email and in-person enquiries.
- Supporting the day-to-day administration and operation of the practice.
- Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems.
- Processing payments and assisting with client documentation where required.
- Ensuring reception and client-facing areas are presented to the highest standard at all times.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to create a seamless client experience.
Full time – Monday to Friday | on site | Temp-to-perm opportunity | £14ph
