Nycil is seeking a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic part-time personal support assistant to support two young men with Alström syndrome, who are blind and hearing impaired. The role focuses on companionship, encouragement and practical support to help them enjoy an active and independent lifestyle.

The hours are flexible to fit around other commitments. There may be opportunities to accompany them on bowls tournaments and football matches, attend social activities, and help them stay active,
