Children’s Residential Care Team Leader

Semester.co.uk in St Annes is seeking a Team Leader for our children’s residential home. The role blends hands-on care with shift leadership, guiding staff to maintain high standards of safety, wellbeing and regulatory compliance.

You will work the one-on, two-off rota with 24-hour shifts that include sleep-ins, on weekends and bank holidays. The position offers £14–£16 per hour, paid annual leave, funded NVQs/apprenticeships, a company pension and bonuses.
