Hybrid Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Manchester

Clayton Legal is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a Manchester-based property team on a hybrid basis. You will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, liaise with surveyors, estate agents, clients and third-party solicitors, and handle post-completion tasks.

The role requires at least three years in residential conveyancing, confidence drafting correspondence, and independent file management.
