Paralegal / Future Trainee – (6-12 Month FTC)

Work Pattern: Office-based with 1 day from home each week

We are currently seeking an experienced paralegal or future trainee to join a leading company in the Finance sector on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within a fast-paced, innovative environment, supporting a dynamic international legal team across a broad range of matters.

The Role

• Review, amend, and draft a range of commercial contracts
• Support with company secretarial and corporate matters
• Prepare and circulate documents for execution
• Assist with corporate governance processes
• Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency
• First point of contact for legal queries from internal stakeholders

About You

• Previous experience in a paralegal or legal support role, either in-house or in private practice
• Previous experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts
• Previous experience leveraging AI tools in a legal environment
• Prior experience in the finance sector would be advantageous
• Exceptional organisational skills and forensic attention to detail
