Deputy Residential Manager – Lead Children’s Home Care

Darlington Borough Council is seeking a Deputy Manager for one of its Children’s Residential Homes to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care and strong leadership for looked-after children.

You will work with young people with complex needs, their families and professionals, ensuring a nurturing, safe and supportive environment. The role requires a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare and willingness to work shifts, sleeps, weekends and holidays.
