Surgo Health is building the Behavioral Intelligence layer for healthcare, applying AI to reveal the unseen why behind health decisions. As a Senior Research Scientist on the Derin team in London, you will push the science of conversational design, validate models, and ensure safe, patient-centered research practices.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Client Engagement to scale Derin, publish results, and guide product decisions that improve decision-quality at population scale.
