Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Recovery Worker for Grove Court, a 10-bed residential home in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. The role covers 24-hour care on a rota basis, including night and weekend shifts, with sleep-in enhancements and relevant shift allowances.
