Artisan Bakery Supervisor: Lead & Inspire – Evening Shift

The Bread Factory Limited in Bath is seeking an experienced bakery supervisor to oversee daily production of breads and pastries, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation while meeting production schedules. You will lead, motivate, and develop a team of bakers, provide hands-on support across prep, mixing, proofing and baking, and uphold health and safety standards.

The role runs 45 hours per week, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM, with staff discounts and holiday entitlement.
