An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Paralegal to join a highly regarded law firm based in North West London. This role is ideal for someone with previous legal experience who is looking to build on their existing skills and take the next step in their career.
Working within the Residential Conveyancing team, the successful candidate will assist with a range of conveyancing matters, supporting the team throughout the transaction process and ensuring a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting licences and supporting legal documentation
- Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Managing pre- and post-completion processes efficiently
- Coordinating property searches and handling associated documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, solicitors, and third parties
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and compliant case files and systems
Key Requirements:
- A law degree or relevant legal experience (essential)
- Experience in conveyancing (essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal software applications
- Experience or knowledge of bridging finance and transactions would be desirable
